從81公斤開始減,每天168 + 水煮餐黑糙米便當*2
一開始沒什麼感覺,但最近身體覺得很奇怪
每次中午便當吃到2/3就飽了,不過我都想硬撐全部吃完
偶爾早餐破戒買杯拿鐵喝,結果一喝直接飽到午餐都吃不下
以前麥當勞套餐再額外點炸雞還會餓,現在套餐吃完就覺得撐了
雖然對於減重來說應該是好事,但偶爾放縱都無法吃得盡興啊
而且吃完便當太撐也蠻難受的,這種狀態工作實在是不怎麼舒服
有點擔心這樣是不是正常的......
