有種說法是
練習的時候專注在目標肌群發力
用意念控制他發力
訓練效果會比較好
以胸肌為例
如果我有辦法不負重,控制胸肌上下跳動
是不是這個施力方式就是用意念控制胸肌? 那麼我在臥推的時候,就在負重時加上這個肌
肉施力的感覺?
最近試了幾組,覺得胸的感受度(訓練時的泵感)明顯變強烈
但也更快力竭了
還是說意念不是這個意思
有人知道要怎麼知道自己真的有用意念控制到目標肌群嗎
