前幾年要減個肥各家套路眾說紛紜
搞得毛亂的很容易就減到懷疑人生放棄了
要減個肥也不知道到底要跟哪套方法
現在各流派看下來好像沒有甚麼太大分歧
好像大致確定熱量赤字唯一最核心解法(?
什麼斷食,生酮,增肌都是輔助用的

熱量赤字:BMR < 每日攝取熱量 < TDEE
如果現在方法這麼簡單
除了熱量赤字以外,也就以下中的
| 每天營養素 |
碳水化合物:攝取量 < 40%
蛋白質:攝取量提升
油脂:吃好油
然後盡量吃原型食物,每餐要有蔬菜

如果是學校考試應該每個人默寫都能 100
那這樣為什麼還有人減肥要去看營養師
營養師的價值在哪裡
記得看一次營養師印象超爆貴
