不知道現在po的這篇有沒有OP,如果OP請告訴我,我會自刪
因為覺得不算是新聞,所以我分類在知識方面。
板上也蠻多文章討論吃冷飯熱量會比吃熱飯低一點
現在印度大學生發現,煮飯前加入米量3%的coconut oil
(文章是寫coconut oil,不知道其他油品是不是也一樣)
煮完之後馬上放進冰箱cool down,12小時之後再吃,
一樣可以加熱吃(文章是說微波),而因為澱粉的結構改變,熱量就會減少。
不知道我有沒有理解錯誤就是.....

小時候媽媽煮飯,就都會滴一兩滴油進去耶,只是為了讓飯看起來油亮
沒想到老媽這麼有遠見啊!
只是我家都是吃熱飯,結果也沒用.....= =
