突然變重,懷疑肉吃太多 - 美體

早上量了體重,突然被嚇到48.65kg(吃完早點量的)
以為體重計壞掉了,
就把全身衣服脫掉,剩下內衣褲
結果體重還是48.00kg
(mc第4日)(血量多)
年齡:25
身高:158cm
因上個月去賣場,
心血來潮去量了體脂肪,
二台歐姆龍的,一台量是23.5、另一台量是24.1
想說體脂太高,
現在吃完晚餐都去快走+慢跑,約30分鐘(一星期至少3天)
週末的早上都去爬小山(5km左右,會喘會流汗)
平時的菜單:
每天吃早餐前喝400cc的水
早餐:2片吐司夾3片低脂起司 OR 巧克力麵包1個+吐司1片+起司1片
OR 太陽餅1個+吐司1片+起司1片
(基本上吃比較小的麵包都要再吃1片吐司夾1片起司)
(如果還不夠飽的話,會再泡一杯3合1麥片)
午餐:滷肉飯1碗 OR 陽春麵1碗 OR 便當1個(飯不會吃完...因為已經吃飽了)
(基本上中午和大家一起訂飯或訂麵,有飯的話就會訂飯,因為不愛吃麵)
晚餐:滷蛋1個+2碗滷豬肉(吃很多)+1~2碗的青菜(花椰菜、高麗菜、洋蔥等等)
(這是在家裡吃的,沒吃飯,家裡的飯太軟,不好吃)
晚點:約23點會喝一杯3合1,然後就去睡了。
平時很少吃零食(因為吃了零食就不想吃正餐)
上個月MC沒來(從來沒發生過,可能是因為吃太多零食,導致正餐吃不下)
(所以現在我每天晚上吃很多滷豬肉補充鐵質)
我姐說我很重,竟然有48公斤。
但我朋友說我該長肉的地方都有長,看不出來48公斤。
我想是不是因為我滷豬肉吃太多了...
因為肉好軟,好好吃(但很油)
