立秋來 小心「秋胖」上身

炎炎夏日沒什麼胃口,民眾常在涼爽秋天時開始進補,一方面補足
之前胃口大傷的耗損,一方面也為即將到來的冬天添點抗寒本錢。
明天是「立秋」,營養專家提醒:秋天到來,一般人都覺得比夏天
有胃口,利用機會適當補充營養,有助於恢復體力,但如果吃太多
又運動不足,就容易導致所謂「秋胖」。
秋天進補的習俗在中國北方稱為「貼秋膘」,尤其講究吃肉補充養
分,營養專家說,雖然肉類營養較高,但不容易消化,老年人因為
腸胃功能減退,如果吃太多肉,身體會不堪負荷,也可能把太多脂
肪吃下肚,容易罹患心血管疾病。
如果想趁著秋天補補身體又不想發胖,營養專家推薦可以利用蔬果
,像是梨子、胡蘿蔔或甘蔗和米飯一起熬成粥,就很適合秋天吃。
除了粥之外,也可以多吃一些營養又不容易發胖的蔬菜,像是豆芽
菜、菠菜或小白菜。
如果真的沒有辦法控制自己吃太多,也千萬要持續運動,阻止過多
脂肪囤積,否則「秋胖」上身,想要甩掉就難了。
