想請問版上有在重訓的女生
妳們都特別訓練哪些部位,以及哪些部位特意不練呢?
之前在健身房跟一個練得不錯的男生聊
他就提到女生要長出勻稱的肌肉一定要練大腿
要作蹲舉 因為可以分泌睪胴素...可是女生會有這種東西嗎@@
如果本身屁屁已經算翹了 還有需要特別去練腿跟屁股嗎?
還是有練以後老了比較不會垮?
