脛前疼痛 - 健身

已經一個禮拜沒有慢跑
昨天去附近學校跑操場
跑到第五圈的時候 (最後四百公尺)
小腿前側的肌肉真是又緊又痛
回家查網路才知道那是脛前疼痛的症狀
是熱身不足嗎? 小腿前側要怎麼伸展?
體重過重? 目前體重 77 身高166
還是因為之前跑水泥地 昨天跑PU (但PU比較軟不是嗎?)
之前跑水泥地只覺得大腿股四頭肌的部分很痠
想聽聽大家的意見, 謝謝!
