大家好~~
直接切入正題了~~
6/21去康士美量 姓別:女 身高:165 體重57.2 體脂率24.4% 基代1297kal BMI值21
8/6又去量一次 ------------------體重56.2 體脂率23.2% 基代1297kal BMI值20.7
這樣相隔大概有1個半月 結果令我很失落 PO一下我的生活作息
早餐:起士蛋吐司(不加沙加)+低糖豆漿 or 苜蓿芽捲+精力湯
(甜菜根、鳳梨、峰蜜、堅果下去打的)
中餐:地瓜一條+蘋果一粒(因為早上還滿晚吃的,到中午不會很餓)
點心:奇異果一粒+蘇打餅二片 or 公司有訂飲料會喝紅茶拿鐵微糖(350cc)
晚餐:滷味(高麗茶、青花菜、豆干二片、海帶二個)不加醬 or
自已燙青菜1大把+燙雞胸肉(加萬佳香和風醬)很清爽
點心:葡萄10粒+奇異異1粒
運動:沒下雨 跑步8圈*400m+走路2圈*400m 時間40min
下雨 x-bike50min 阻力3~4 時速35~41 里程數約30公里
(一星期5~6天)
早晚會吃綠藻和酵素,但還有一點戎不太掉就是嘴饞會吃2~3粒糖果
我自認為這樣已經算很自然很健康的生活作息,為什麼體脂降那麼少
因為版上的資訊讓我知道體重不是最重要的,可是真的也減的讓我很失落
大家可以給我一些指導建議嗎?是吃太少還是運動量不足?讓我可以改正的~
