膝蓋韌帶拉傷快好時候要做什麼加強肌肉? - 健身

半年多前滑倒傷到膝蓋內側韌帶(右膝的左邊)
當時有去大醫院照X光詳細檢查
醫生說是拉傷 要多休息
過了半年疼痛一直有 都沒好
去給中醫師看
診斷出是腰歪掉壓迫到腳
經過我數週耐心的去讓他們推拿(只推拿腰部以上)
狀況改善很多
有康復的期望
請問這時可以做什麼運動來加強肌肉以免再度受傷?
爬文聽說要做大腿肌肉
但推拿師說不能運動 頂多游泳
有好建議嗎 謝謝
