運動量大基礎代謝也會增加嘛? - 健身

小弟我的基礎代謝是1683,不過我認為我的運動量還滿大的
一個禮拜我會運動六天,三天是拳擊,另外三天大概是重訓+有氧
拳擊不是拳擊有氧,就是真的拳擊
以我的運動狀況來講,基礎代謝是否也會上升?
如果我現在要減脂,一樣吃到1700卡左右就可以,或是再多吃一點,可能到1900~2000?
