體脂 - 健身

話說體脂計的準確性有很大的想像空間,而我自從去年開始練馬拉松
加重訓後,體重就直直上升(大概重了三四公斤),家裏那台泰勒牌
腳踏的體脂計也很不給面子,體脂也給我直直升(從 17% 左右爬到
23% ),讓我超沒信心的。
前幾個禮拜剛好 Sam's Club (類似 Costco )有免費的簡單健檢,
我便去了一下,他們有手握式(就只有手握)的體脂計,量了以後大
概 16% 左右,跟家裏那台差好多,讓我不曉得該相信哪台,哈哈!
我還是自認自己很油就是了。
前天給朋友看了泳裝照片後,他說這樣應該差不多 15% 吧!
信心稍微增加了一點,然後想說,用 google 來看看 15% 左右的體
脂長怎樣,然後我找到了這個網頁:

看了以後我覺得我的體脂應該 10% 以下了吧!哈哈
沒想到外國人灌水也灌得蠻嚴重的 XD 裡面是有一兩個看起來比較接
近,像那個第一個 16% 跟第五個 18% ,我看了真是快笑死在椅子上了了 :p
