自己本來也是會一直幻想要瘦到4開頭的體重
但剛剛亂看網誌,發現有151cm/41kg說要減肥的人
然後就減肥到38公斤(BMI約16.66)
我就開始換算我現在158/55公斤,不就要瘦到42公斤才有BMI16.66 >"<
----
其實已經維持55公斤一年了吧,這停滯期超長的,哈哈
不過大家還是一直持續的稱讚我變瘦,所以還是很滿足^^
常看到資料寫說BMI22的人最健康,所以是體重停在55公斤的關係吧(身體的選擇)
然後因為常去健身房看到很多歐巴桑的身材,就會很珍惜自己的肌肉
因為很多歐巴桑的身形都好醜,雖然腳很細
但是就是感覺整個人很萎縮的感覺,沒有肌肉可以支撐身體
然後歐巴桑雖然也天天運動,但是也常常彼此討論節食、減肥藥等等
(減肥是女生從13歲到100歲的話題,太可怕)

所以大家到底是以BMI多少作為目標?
