幾乎快三年沒做過運動的我
最近開始減肥計畫,前幾天開始固定每天做一小時的運動
大概就是快走和游泳,本來打算今天也去游泳
但剛剛吃中餐時,爬文發現鄭多燕的健身操
想說來試試看~喔耶~
結果剛剛跳了一小時,現在手還在抖= =
汗一直流....
很爽,但我覺得我身體年齡可能70 > <
我是初次嘗試健身操,我覺得除了方向容易錯亂以外
大致上都還跟得上~還滿好完的啦XD
而且也有累到喘到(本人身體比較虛= =)
BTW看有人說跳比利大叔的會踢到貓
我跳鄭多燕的結果踩到貓.....
踩完後居然給我直接睡旁邊= =,所以中途有停下來一下下
丟貓!(哼哼~
