節食(斷食)後的復食 - 減肥

小弟(GUY)的朋友因為某些愚蠢的因素進行了斷食(節食)減肥
24歲 / 180cm
花了約四~五個月
從70公斤減到53公斤
(幾近乎最後一個月是三餐不同水果 [攝取低於600卡的狀態])
而他最近開始表示自己要去吃「大餐」、「美食」
這也讓本人非常的擔心
畢竟也常聽聞關於血糖飆升險猝死或「再進食症候群」等案件發生
身為他的好友 我該如何建議他慢慢飲食起居?恢復健康狀態?
因為也擔心版上所謂的大溜溜球效應(長回來的全是油)
在此已勸諫要"慢運動" -- 爬個山、多走路
先從 全麥土司、五榖紫米、無糖豆漿或素食...下手
試問還有什麼理當注意事項嗎?
(像是零嘴炸食甜飲重鹹高油先別碰之類的
或 多久以後才能吃上述的東西..?)
