涼拌秋葵:秋葵燙熟切段(去頭),再加日式柴魚醬、柴魚,放入冰箱冷藏
辣炒絲瓜:熱油鍋、爆香薑片,下絲瓜
加少許鹽、一匙李錦記蒜榮辣椒醬(其他牌子當然也可以囉)
加少許水,然後悶一下就可以了
太陽蛋:其實就是荷包蛋啦,因為我喜歡吃半熟的蛋黃,所以只煎一面
心得:有纖維質又有蛋白質 營養滿分^^
蛋黃拌飯好好吃歐~
會想加辣椒醬是因為覺得秋葵蠻清淡的
所以加點重口味的調味料下去會比較好
希望大家減肥也能吃的美味又營養 才能長期抗戰唷:)
