粗大腿的窘境 - 美體

四年多來 一星期最少跑5次 4000m/30min
跑步結束一定做瑜珈以及伸展
飲食正常 不炸不炒不過度油膩
有魚有肉有青菜有飯 只吃蛋白不吃蛋黃
喝水正常 不喝有糖飲料
自認為是個快樂健康的新女性XD
但今天遭遇到挫折了 囧
買了條新牛仔褲 剛好上的去啦
但OMG~~~大腿!!!!大腿和屁股真是粗壯啊!!!!!!!!!!!!
那些大腿內側和臀部外後方的脂肪還是如此的慘不忍睹
真的是"膝蓋到1/2大腿很結實 大腿根部orz"
該怎麼辦啊?!
實在沒有其他時間可以運動了
還要唸書考試什麼的= =
這種難分難捨的肥肉們
什麼時候可以脫離我的生活呢 T___T
