糙米飯熱量計算 - 健身

最近愛上吃糙米飯
開始自己煮~
但是熱量計算有個問題
100公克=390卡
應該以煮之前的米飯重量來算(乾重)
還是以煮好的重量來算熱量呢(濕重)?
(個人覺得是以乾重來算...濕重的話100G好少啊...)
