純粹喝蛋白粉補充蛋白,可不可行? - 健身

小弟我因為手術目前身體狀況處於''幾乎無法進食固體食物''的情況
這個狀況會持續數月後回復正常
但目前是比豆腐更硬的東西都無法入口,甚至比較硬的豆腐都不行
在這樣的情況下我能攝取的食物種類及蛋白質都相當有限及不足
有鑑於這種狀況,我有考慮乾脆以蛋白粉做為約百分之85以上的每日蛋白質來源
我知道肌肉合成除了蛋白還是得要有其他營養素參與,
所以純喝蛋白粉效率肯定不如從食物攝取,但我現在只能從權
我主要是想問
假如我真的這樣做,每日至少得從蛋白粉攝取100~120克的蛋白質
喝這麼多蛋白粉,會不會有健康的疑慮阿????
