運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)

一周不連續的2天騎X-BIKE 45-65min

不太會偷懶,基本上每次騎完下來都會腳軟,不過沒有心跳錶,所以心跳是自己估算的
(因天生手腕骨頭有點問題,在家徒手訓練也會受很多限制,所有需要手腕支撐的動作通通無法(EX.伏地挺身),這點已經經過數家中醫+西醫認證了
之前有試著做過一些YT上在家做的彈力帶訓練,但是很多動作看起來雖然對手腕負擔不大,但是我實際去做越做手腕越痛...)
經濟因素不考慮健身房
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
個人長期執行類似菜單的飲食控制已經近3年了,
一開始當然是先從最簡單輕鬆的16/8至18/6開始,
每日攝取熱量抓1400-1600,每周運動5天,有算順利的瘦到56
中間因為工作變動飲食控制中斷約半年時間,但斷食仍然持續
從去年年初又繼續恢復飲食控制,但是至今體重一直在58至近60徘徊
中間也一直有在嘗試微調飲食的部分,但是體重幾乎毫無變化
因此才開始嘗試52輕斷食+16/8(持續約半年)
52輕斷食從一開始嚴格控制在斷食日500大卡內(水煮便當+堅果)
到目前的路易莎輕食去醬+無糖拿鐵,體重也是無變化
近期調整非斷食日熱量攝取1600>1900
飲食微調都會持續2個月左右,
一開始調整到1900時反而沒多久體重就有些微下降至57,
但後續又回彈至58-60,調回1600仍然無變化
放縱日也早就從假日兩天大吃調整到只吃一天+控制熱量
這時我開始懷疑是不是內分泌在作祟,就去掛了婦科
賓果....多囊性卵巢症候群......
這樣應該可以把兇手歸咎在多囊了吧...?
這段時間也很常看到一些版上求助文
有些身體條件跟我接近的女生,吃得亂七八糟結果靠個斷食就瘦到快跟我差不多
老實說真的覺得很灰心
我的目標也沒有很嚴格,只是希望可以讓BMI到正常區間的偏中間而已,大概54-56公斤
這篇其實也是有點想抒發一下吧....
