給弱到門檻以下的人的建議 - 健身

就是我 orz
我很瘦(178cm / 53kg),而且很弱 (這個要怎麼舉例?)
說真的我連肌肉都不敢想,只要可以胖一點油一點,就算偏「肥」我都願意。
我的肌耐力很差,啞鈴大概7-8磅就是極限(任何動作)
附近也沒有健身房或重訓室可以讓我鍛鍊
唯一能做(也有在做)的大概就是跑步跟仰臥起坐、伏地挺身之類的活動
(事實上我是高度近視,也沒辦法做太重的訓練)
我真的很厭惡自己瘦弱的身體,很希望可以讓自己變寬變厚
不是肌肉也沒關係,我只想要有正常人的厚度
狂吃對我沒有用,連油都囤不太起來
偏偏我身體也很健康,沒什麼先天性疾病影響發育
就是瘦、瘦、瘦, 外加無法激烈運動的高度近視
請問這樣的身體究竟要怎樣變厚呢?
