最近跳墊上那片上癮了 -///-
連跳了一個星期 肚子明顯有小 (我完全沒有節食)
而且肌耐力也好很多
第一二天像是要死掉一樣 做不標準&零零落落的
現在可以完整地把這片做完了~
不過這不是重點啦XD
就是我剛發現我久違的親戚--大姨媽來了
現在一日不跳鄭多燕 肥肉橫生(誇飾法)
我想應該不適合做墊上啦 (畢竟有很多抬腿的動作)
那如果是有氧的話 大家覺得可行嗎?
還是說好好地休息一兩天再說呢~?
