練下腹髖屈肌先酸 - 健身

如題
在練下腹的時候 不管是懸吊抬腿 或是雙槓撐體的器材
做完之後雖然腹部也是會有酸
但髖屈肌感受更明顯
想問一下這樣是動作不正確
還是是類似新手練胸先酸三頭的情形
會隨著時間就會練到正確的部位呢?
