練二頭出現障礙 - 健身

各位巨巨好 ,
小弟我最近有個問題困擾了幾個禮拜了 …
我從五公斤的啞鈴練二頭 ,
到現在都是用十公斤的啞鈴 平均6-8下/組,
想要在增加重量 ,
可是學校的啞鈴十公斤之後 就是十五公斤,
十五公斤的我連一下不標準的都舉不起來 ,
這樣要怎麼突破這五公斤的差距呢 …
身旁的朋友說硬舉 ,舉起來就是你的 ,
但是硬舉容易受傷 ,啞鈴也不是可拆的 …
也有朋友建議先增加三角跟肩膀 的重量,
之後應該就能突破10公斤 ,
想請問各位巨巨應該要怎麼突破這五公斤的差距 …?
左邊是目前舉的(10kg)
右邊是下一個想嘗試的(15kg)
