各位巨巨好。
小弟最近看到一個男主的身材,剛好是練到我心目中
最理想的體態。他不會大隻到讓人一看就懷疑有用黑科技,
但是肉量還是明顯比沒在重訓的人要來得多。此外,不會
脫水到青筋在身體上四處流竄,也不會乾扁到只剩薄薄
一層皮覆蓋著肌肉。
總之我覺得這種體態看起來健康性感又自然。

請問一下
如果練到這樣之後,並不想繼續讓肌肉量增加,也不想拚老命
一天到晚去挑戰超越極限的大重量,而只是想要維持這樣的
肌肉量以及相對的肌力,那在訓練方面該如何做呢?
好比說,假設練到這樣時,胸推可以推到80kg十下推三組,
那以後如果只是維持相同強度的胸推,胸部會因為沒有進一步
更強的刺激而垮下來變成八字奶嗎?
