練完二頭 前臂異狀 - 健身

板友們午安
最近兩個月開始接觸健身 屬於初學者階段
由於左右手出力不平均 兩個月來都是用6磅的啞鈴練二頭
昨天加重磅數 6磅 10下 兩組 熱身
7磅 12下 八組
作完之後意外發現左前臂奇怪的腫脹

| / 壓下去軟軟的 不會痛
| / 冰敷後約10分鐘消腫

轉動手腕不會有不適 但消腫後的那邊有種奇怪的無力感
想請問各位版友
我是不是出力姿勢錯誤? 這是運動傷害嗎?還是我杞人憂天XD 感謝大家指點迷津^^
