練完腿後打球會傷膝蓋嗎? - 健身

如題
最近發現一件好像很矛盾的事情
為了打球不傷膝蓋而去練腿
但是練完腿因為腿部肌肉沒力了無法支持、保護膝蓋,再去打球反而更傷膝蓋
請問我這樣的認知是不是對的?
那對於常常需要打球(一週四次以上)的人來說,有辦法練腿嗎?
腿部肌肉最少要休息48小時才能復原
也就是說,我今天禮拜一練完腿,要到禮拜三才有可能恢復完整的肌肉
那中間這段期間是不是都不能練球或比賽了?
像是職業球員那種天天都需要練球的,他們怎麼有辦法抽出時間去做重訓?
