練硬舉擴背會痛or肋骨? - 健身

如題
小弟不才練了五年重訓
一開始嘗試過硬舉 但是練一練擴背會痛
想說可能是肌力不足 先擱置
最近肩膀有傷 無法練肩跟胸
所幸直接嘗試再練練看硬舉
但我平常會練RDL跟背部訓練 加上惡補了一下姐夫的教學影片
所以大致了解整個動作流程
但是練了之後還是一樣的問題
兩邊擴背會被拉扯到
重量我也沒做很重 大概100*五下的程度
想說循序漸進慢慢來
練了一兩次還好 結果之後那種感覺又來了
擴背拉扯的感覺 甚至會感到酸痛
我以為只是訓練的酸痛 結果某一次練完
過了一週再練 竟然還在酸痛!?
讓我又不敢做了 爬文好像也沒有相關資料
想請問是單純擴背太弱還是哪裡有問題?
有人有相同的困擾嗎?
或是如何解決呢
