練背可以只練拉單槓嗎? - 健身

如題,我的健身動作不多,以下是全部:
胸 啞鈴臥推
背 單槓
腹 仰臥起坐
二頭 單槓會順便練到
三頭 仰臥三頭肌伸展
肩 機械式肩推
腿 踩箱子(or樓梯)
這樣胸肌成長的同時,背肌會不會成長的相對緩慢?(因為啞鈴可以越練越重,但單槓永
遠是自身體重,雖然自身體重也會隨著變壯而增加。)
如果會,需要捨棄此一套「練背"只"拉單槓」的方法嗎?
