練背的問題 - 健身

想先問如果是背肌要增"厚"不是變寬 大家最推薦的是啥訓練方式呢?
一直都有在練背 但無論是坐姿划船 還是 啞玲划船 還是槓玲站姿上提
就覺得力量不知道分散到哪去了(肩膀?),每次作的累了 作不動了
可是背肌從來沒酸過....背肌還是單薄...
