我前天練背(單槓+單臂啞鈴划船)
昨天練胸做啞鈴仰臥推舉
今天除了胸部有痠痛感
背也很痠 尤其是雙手往後夾 在肩胛骨的那部份很痠
請問是不是我的姿勢哪裡有問題?謝謝各位
