最近晚上很悠哉
所以想要來練練腹肌
在網路上找了仰臥起坐板 很心動
但是不知道效果好不好
還有想要請問一下
如果是使用仰臥起坐板
那做的次數是要少量多次還是一次做個5.60下
效果哪一個會比較好阿
另外如果每天都有做的話
大概多久會有效果出來呢?
