小弟剛好有這個經驗
約莫兩年前就是只要練到跟腿有關的運動就會頭暈
但是練胸就沒有這個問題
後來發現是呼吸的方法不對
胸推時行程短,憋氣時間短
深蹲硬舉時行程長,憋氣時間長
所以導致了深蹲硬舉時容易頭暈
後來學會了邊向心邊吐氣後就沒這個問題了
