有沒有變壯,我很想老實說其實沒什麼變

化。。不知道是不是重點肌群練錯,他都

專心練背肌跟腹肌,手臂看起來就還好,

那板上高手們認為那些肌群先練起來,別

人看你會覺得很明顯變壯的?
