本肥宅最近開始認真減肥 身高170
目標減到建議的61公斤 APP推薦的我也不知道他怎麼算
減肥一定要體重計 我推薦小米體重計2 可以顯示到小數點下面幾位
至於減肥 方法很無腦分享一下
吃的方面
假日只吃午餐 午餐可以吃飽........
早餐晚餐都是生菜沙拉 水果 茶葉蛋 豆腐這類
早餐常常半顆芭樂+半盒豆腐淋醬油之類
吃少一點配合運動
每天洗澡前伏地挺身
不用出門 不用跑健身房
20分鐘內做完>洗澡
伏地挺身 只求數量 不求確實
第一天40+30+20=90
第二天50+40+30=120
第三-四天60+50+40=150
第五-六天70+60+50=180
第七天80+70+60=210 << 現在
最終目標是每天150+120+80 或者一次就300
可能第二個月吧
體重從一開始75>>68今天 減了7公斤左右吧
只是吃的方面 除了午餐比較不限以外 沒啥變化......
健康低GI便當聽說一個500卡我也不知道到底好不好
