羅馬尼亞硬舉 背一直用力 - 健身

各位巨巨好,小弟最近在練習羅馬尼亞硬舉時,背部一直會想要挺直,可以感覺得到我的下背接近脊椎旁(尤其是左邊)在用力。
星期三我用槓+兩邊各10公斤,當時就覺得不舒服,但不至於疼痛,但是昨天再做一次的時候,我兩邊各加5公斤,就明顯感覺到不舒服了。
過程中我有試著不要讓脊椎那邊不要那麼用力,可是背就會有點彎曲。
之所以會發這篇文,是因為剛剛彎腰整理東西時,下背蠻不舒服的,想和各位請教一下,是否有相同經驗,以及改善方式,謝謝。
