美國陸軍新頒布的體能測驗內容
這些測驗內容,對各位巨巨來講應該算是簡單
主要目標是輔助戰場上各種肌力與肌耐力需求
可以看成戰場上戰鬥專項運動的輔助訓練
測驗內容:
1.3RP硬舉
實施器材: 六角槓
計分標準: 60磅60分 340磅100分 滿分要150公斤3下..
應用情境: 扛器材 扛傷兵
2.站姿藥球投擲
實施器材: 10磅藥球
計分標準: 4.5公尺60分 12.5公尺100分 沒丟過不知道難易度
應用情境: 拋擲器材越過障礙物
用雙手協助他人翻越高牆
跳過障礙物
3. 放手伏地挺身
實施器材: 無 每次下去後 都要身體著地然後手離地再挺起 才算一下
計分標準: 2分鐘 10下60分 60下100分
應用情境: 搬移障礙物
推開敵人
推車
匍匐前進 俯臥射姿
4. 負重拖行折返跑
實施器材: 90磅的雪橇 2顆40磅壺鈴 25公尺場地

第二趟: 拖行90磅的雪橇到終點 然後折返
第三趟: 徒手螃蟹步到終點折返
第四趟: 雙手各持20磅壺鈴 跑到終點再折返
第五趟: 徒手衝刺折返
這個有點類似HIIT 跑完應該會軟腿爆心跳
計分標準: 3分鐘60分 1分33秒100分
應用情境: 需要速度與爆發力的場合
如遭突襲臨時掩蔽並反擊
搬運傷兵器材
搬運彈藥上下車
5.單槓抱腿(leg tuck)或棒式
實施器材: 選擇抱腿的話就是單槓 棒式當然就是地板

計分標準: 單槓抱腿1下60分 10下100分, 棒式2:09 60分 4:20 100分
應用情境: 攀爬障礙物 攀繩與垂降
6.跑步 2mile(約3200公尺)
實施器材: 雙腳
計分標準: 21分鐘60分 13分30秒100分 感覺比國軍標準寬鬆
應用情境: 任何需要雙腳的場合...
