小弟看 fitness 板大概斷斷續續有一年,跟很多板友比起來是菜到不行
我自己身材也沒多好,跑沒多快跳沒多高,但還是恬不知恥的想講兩句話
猶記得前任板娘還在任的時候,板標是大大的
[體適能] 健康是唯一的標準
當時板風是屬於正面樂觀的,有人分享減肥心得,底下的推文也不吝給予鼓勵
是阿,健康本來就是唯一的標準
只要自己的身體比昨天更好,一天比一天更進步,那就值得高興不是嗎?
但曾幾何時「數字」在某些人心中變得越來越重要
以上是不是看起來很熟悉?因為我在本板都看過。(憑印象舉例,實際推文我也懶得回去翻)
我想說的是,這世界上本來就不存在唯一的標準
你超壯是你家的事,你男朋友好抱你自己享受就好
除非板友就是你男友,不然你管人家體脂肪 15% 好不好抱喔?
另外有一些板友分享減肥心得的時候也是瘋狂被打槍
諸如:「腿根本沒練」、「沒在練胸」、「哪裡要加強?全部!」
這些推文在評論別人的時候,往往心中都有一個完美的身軀

但事實上,真正達到那種程度的有多少?
更何況板友也沒說他想練成 Brock Lesnar 啊!!!
除非他說了,那當然就是盡量鞭、用力鞭
事實上,平平是頂尖運動員,項目不同,身材都可以天差地遠

中間的兩位馬拉松選手更慘:如果 po 到板上問,九成九會被說「貢丸插在竹竿上」
但事實上呢? Bob Kennedy 是 90 年代的精英長跑選手
生涯 3000M 最佳 07:30.84, 5000M 12:58.21
胸肌腹肌二頭肌對他來說本來就是 夠用就好,多練也是負擔
當然你可以說這些運動員本身有特別的指導,本來就不需要問鄉民 blah blah
但重點是:菁英運動員彼此間身材差異都這麼大了,你又憑什麼指正別人
「腿根本沒練」、「沒在練胸」、「哪裡要加強?全部!」 呢?

別人的意見可以聽,但最重要的還是自己想要成為怎樣的人
所謂的 完美身材 根本不存在
Brock Lesnar 永遠別想跑得跟 Bob Kennedy 一樣快
反之如果是比摔角的話, Bob 會被打成殘廢...
你的目標是 Brock Lesnar, Bob Kennedy, 還是 C羅、Kobe 都沒關係

推 xxxxx: 175公分 70公斤 根本就是泡芙人~~~
推 xxxxx: 65公斤? 這麼瘦?
推 xxxxx: 體脂 15% 瘦過頭了,我男朋友 20% 比較好抱 <3
以上是不是看起來很熟悉?因為我在本板都看過。(憑印象舉例,實際推文我也懶得回去翻)
