剛剛買了一包義大利麵來煮
原本只是想說GI比白米低點 有利於減脂
但是剛剛包裝翻過來一看
每一百克有12克的蛋白質

有點厲害啊
如果搭配一點豆子補足其他胺基酸的話
感覺這完全可以當成不錯的蛋白質來源
不過上網查了一下 義大利麵的蛋白質含量有不少種數值
從4g 7g到12g都有
究竟義大利麵有沒有這麼猛?
有義大利麵系的大大可以幫魯魯解個惑嗎?
