體重:74kg
BMI:26
體脂率:31.8%
三餐內容
早餐:一定會有無糖豆漿,其他大多是有蛋的吐司或是燒餅
午餐:實驗室統一訂便當
晚餐:通常會是自己燙青菜或是去自助餐買青菜+肉
日常作息時間:早上大概8:00左右起床
晚上大概7:00去運動+吃飯
最晚12點半一定會睡覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
主要是跳有氧舞蹈+瑜珈
我的問題:
今天好好的去保健室問了自己該如何減重
但是測量出來老師說我的肌肉過重...?
我肌肉是46.3kg 老師說我的標準應該是39kg左右
讓我有點不知道該怎麼做回應...
請問我到底該怎麼做...[該死的老師也沒回答我Q"Q]
另外看了精華區大家的文章
我的目標是要瘦到55kg
本身真的超級討厭跑步...但是看到很多人推><
我還是會試著調整行程去試試看...
目前是一四日會去跳有氧舞蹈跳一個小時
二五會去練瑜珈練一小時
每天晚上都會抬腿
目標是要在我2012年2月生日以前
送給自己一個一直都很想很想得到的生日禮物-->瘦到55kg!!!!!!!
