考慮買新的啞鈴 - 健身

開始舉啞鈴至今已經一年多了
一開始我和朋友借來15P的啞鈴~
所以習慣15P的電鍍啞鈴~後來自己買了一對~
因為缺貨只買到20pX2的~
練了一年之後已經可以連續手臂彎舉一趟40次~
間隔約三分鐘再舉40次~
一共 40X4~
只是這樣的強度感覺已經沒有啥明顯效果~
所以希望能購買組合槓片的~
只是不知道接下來該升級到幾P~
請各位大大給點建議~
