耐力疑問 - 健身

最初只有做伏地挺身和仰臥起坐跟棒式核心,後來追求籃球表現上升,常跑健身房,時間大約一年。
個人體重70,目前健力三項:深蹲70、硬舉70、握推40
目前的疑問是,透過健身確實籃球表現上升很多,但當體力消耗一定程度後,開始會覺得身體沉重,從事跳投、過人等常見的攻擊招式時,雖然能完成但並不如起初般感覺身體輕盈,反而有些負擔,身上的肌肉像是累贅般掛在身上。
會有此感覺是因為肌耐力不足嗎? 還是哪方面的問題呢?
