上周五舉啞鈴不慎掉在膝蓋上
結果骨頭裂痕
醫生說要三個月才好
目前是拿拐杖走路
但本身有作業務工作實在無法接受那麼久
問了教練,教練只說聽醫生最快。。。
一個受傷導致行動不便外,健身房也要請假
也不知道到底請多久好【我是窩莒】
除此之外受傷期間的體型也持續變胖中。。。
有沒有能增加骨頭裂復原方式
快半個月一個月也好
