其實我是反推薦的 脫離新手期成長趨緩也不使用科學的情況下,成長速度極緩慢
用數據來看的話大概就是:未施力狀態,有電療前臂13.25->13.75吋,未電療13->13.25吋
(未考慮體脂是否有升降)
不會有大眾所期待的特效,而且對於力量完全沒有幫助
歷程詳述就是:
我過去一年多因為手臂訓練過度受傷,使力都有不明的刺痛
復健電療該部位一年多效果不彰,只是暫時止痛,隔天又出現相同症狀
導致我將電量就越加越大,以至於大的可以讓手肘帶動整支前臂跳動
(一般人電療大腿大概都沒有這麼大)
到後來該部位外型就微微的腫脹,醫生與教練都認為過一陣子會消,結果就一直維持
外型不美觀,沒有線條,只有浮腫感,但是拍照拍不出來
所以上述心得:
健康人用不合理的電量電擊部位才能有成長的可能 但是傷害機率未知
如果該公司在施電分布可以個人化和部位專精化,才會對塑型有所幫助(?)
