各位MuscleBeach的版友大家好^0^
這是我在貴版的第一PO,有什麼問題還望大家指教^^'
-----------------------------以下是情況概述----------------------------------
2個月前我都是一次跑4km,(最多)30分鐘,後來想增加自己的跑步量,因此慢慢增加到
5km 6km左右,大概歷經1 2個月時間,但是我跑步的頻率並不是很頻繁,大約3次/週。
在這過程中,我大多沒有肌肉痠痛的情形,頂多是阿基里斯腱有點痠痛,膝蓋跟腳踝沒
有太大問題。跑步前後的拉筋也有做,大約3 4分鐘~
直到前陣子參加PUMA螢光夜跑(體驗組),也許是一次突然跑太快(比平常快),而且我覺
得大佳河濱公園的路況也不甚理想(菁英組的女子冠軍說:很像在跑障礙賽XD->這是她領獎
時說的),從那次起,之後跑步時我竟然都感到肌肉痠痛,並不是我跑太快(3分鐘/400M)
也不是體力不夠(我都覺得我的體力遠大於肌力....Orz)。
我想應該是我的肌耐力不夠吧?加上我覺得自己全身上下肥肉還不算少(奇怪,跑步有一
陣子了怎麼還瘦不下來>///<)似乎該去重訓了!
請問像我這樣的情形該如何訓練腿部,或者是還有其他部位的肌肉呢?
(昨天去學校辦重訓證了)
目前應該是以訓練肌耐力為主,沒有要練肌肉(女生有脂肪外衣的腫大肌肉很可怕T.T)
