前好幾篇文中看見肌肥大這字眼 版娘也有解說何謂肌肥大
肌肥大 簡單說 靠重訓 破壞肌肉束 肌肉休息重建 而得到「較大的肌肉細胞」
有誤請指正
較大的肌肉 相對可以承受重量可以更重
但是 提到「肌肉束」這一詞 小弟心中便有些疑問
有關肌肉束想起遠古時期大學老師提過 只記得大概
「一條神經能控制肌肉束愈多 表示能產生愈大的力量」 有誤請指正
印象中好像單一神經配給的肌肉束 是不是也是基因決定??
肌肉束增加 與 肌肉肥大化 之間的差異?
大多聽說肌肥大的訓練 卻很少聽聞 肌肉束增加的訓練?
