查了蠻多文章 沒有看到明確的結論
只確定組間休息過短(低於一分鐘)
會影響訓練量 進而影響增肌效果
但應該要休息兩分鐘還是三分鐘甚至五分鐘
(考量訓練效率 五分鐘較為難執行)
目前各自經驗上訓練肌肥大的組間休息
抓在多久覺得效果最好呢?
