肚子容易抽筋 - 健身

就小弟我腹部肌肉比較弱,而且脂肪也跑出來一圈了@@''
想要練一下
可是我第一天做個幾次仰臥起坐(沒做到底的那種,就是起來約45度而已),肚子就很酸
過幾天再做一次,做沒幾下肚子就抽筋了......
回想到以前也是,第一天練OK,可是過幾天再做就很容易抽筋
是說抽筋真的滿痛的,整個肚子好像縮痙攣= ='',我方法是躺在地上但上半身挺起來,
把肚子肌肉拉開,這樣會好一點
請問有什麼辦法可以防止抽筋嗎?
