最近又復發了
維持剛醒喝咖啡 運動前喝咖啡
一天吃6~7餐也好幾年了
現在狀況更嚴重了
醫生之前就說不能在做重訓也不要練腹肌
但我沒聽進去
現在後悔了
查了很多國外的文章
確實重量訓練的人很多為此所苦
不知道大家都怎麼面對的
