我平常高背槓和低背槓都會練,但是以低背槓為主要訓練
高背槓是拿來練習窄站蹲舉、槓鈴蹲跳和暫停式深蹲
昨天試了超負荷的背槓站立,就是掛比平常重許多的槓片後,原地站立而已
發現我以高背槓的方式,可以背的比低背槓重許多
因為先前在KJ的影片中曾提過,超負荷的背槓,可以用來找背槓位置
所以這是代表其實高背槓更適合我,只是我高背槓的深蹲技巧不佳?
還是有人也是深蹲時低背槓能背比較重,但是超負荷時高背槓位置卻背更重呢?
